Ordering: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charges include: shipping, handling and insurance on all pieces.  If you are interested in overnight, please let us know, and we will add on the additional charges for next day air. Angelfish Designs will also send you your tracking number so that you may track the progress of your package the day it ships!

Return Policy: We want you to be happy, but if for any reason you are not happy with your Angelfish jewelry, return within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail us to let us know and return unworn and undamaged piece in it's original packaging along with a copy of your receipt. Hair ornaments and custom pieces are non-returnable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is kindly responsible for return with delivery confirmation. Refunds or exchanges will be made after piece is received at our studio.

Repairs: We stand behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all Angelfish Designs Jewelry. With the exception of normal wear, if your jewelry is in need of repair within 3 months of receipt based on normal usage, simply e-mail your problem to lauren@laurenfish.com. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or UPS.
